Quality Guarantee

When you place an order, we want to make sure you get a quality product every time.

For that reason, if there are any issues with the quality of our products, we ask that you take the following steps to help us make things right within 30 days of receiving the item.

  1. Email us with a description of the issue
  2. Attach any photos of the issue so we can work with our production partner to find a solution.
  3. Let us know if you'd like a refund, or a replacement sent.

Please allow up to 48 hours for processing of refund/replacement requests.

Because we are a made to order business, returns and replacements will only be processed in instances where there are quality issues with printing or construction. Please double check size requirements using our handy size charts for each product.
